Inside your retreat, lounge in the sun-drenched living room adorned with plush seating, a large TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The adjacent kitchen is any chef’s dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. You and your loved ones will adore sitting at the scenic dining room table where the ocean views are never-ending. Feel the tropical breeze on your skin while relaxing in the bedrooms with the large doors and windows open. From here, gaze at daytime views of the turquoise waters and nighttime views of the bustling city. Invest in some self-care when you soak in the scenic tub, and enjoy thoughtful amenities such as a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Your evenings can be spent with a fruity cocktail in hand, on the beach, watching the sun meet the ocean—an ideal experience for families and loved ones alike. Things to Know You must register 24 hours prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Cleaning service is available upon request during your stay. A $300 USD deposit will be charged (via wire transfer) at check-in to cover any damages or non-compliance with the regulations. The deposit will be refunded 48 hours after check-out, once the property has been inspected and is found to be free of missing items, damage, and/or fines for noncompliance with regulations. Guests will have to sign a notice of privacy and waiver for the home before checking in. Spring breakers are not allowed, and the right of admission is reserved. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
