Nick Lanza
Chief Executive Officer, Naya homes
Nick Lanza is a longtime hospitality and vacation rental leader with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. As the owner of Big Bear Vacations and Chief Executive Officer of Naya Homes, he has built his career around creating exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests while growing strong, community-focused vacation rental brands.
Nick’s journey in the industry began after purchasing a lodge in Big Bear Lake, where he discovered his passion for hospitality, property management, and destination-driven travel. Over the years, he has helped grow Big Bear Vacations into one of the region’s most recognized vacation rental companies, with a strong focus on owner relationships, personalized guest experiences, and long-term sustainable growth.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and deep connection to the communities he serves, Nick has also dedicated decades to supporting local tourism development, including serving as a longtime board member for Visit Big Bear.
His vision for Naya Homes combines operational excellence, hospitality innovation, and a commitment to delivering memorable stays in sought-after destinations. Outside of work, Nick enjoys the mountain lifestyle and remains passionate about sharing the unique experiences, outdoor adventure, and sense of community that first inspired him to call Big Bear home
Jack Autiero
Chief Operating Officer, Naya Homes
Jack Autiero brings a strong operational background from his role as Chief Operating Officer at Big Bear Vacations, where he oversees large-scale vacation rental operations across housekeeping, maintenance, and field teams. His focus has been on building efficient systems, improving team performance, and maintaining high standards across a growing portfolio of homes.
He is driven by operational excellence and a hands-on approach to leadership, always working to simplify processes, create accountability, and ensure a consistent guest and owner experience. Originally from Italy, Jack also pursues his passion for aviation as a licensed private pilot. In addition, he is actively involved with a Search and Rescue team in Big Bear Lake, where he contributes to field operations and supports emergency response efforts in the local community.
Travis Scott
Chief Marketing Officer, Naya homes
Travis Scott is a lifelong hospitality professional and marketing leader with deep roots in travel, tourism, and destination development. He began his career at just 14 years old as a travel agent in Northern California, where an early passion for exploration—shaped by family travel—quickly evolved into a lifelong career in the industry. He later transitioned into the wine sector, working with both prominent corporate brands and family-owned wineries across Napa and Sonoma Counties.
His experience in brand building and guest experience led him back to his home region of Mendocino County, where he served as Assistant Vice President of Handley Cellars, helping guide the organization through a generational ownership transition. Travis went on to serve as CEO of Visit Mendocino County, where he led destination marketing and tourism development efforts for six years, driving strategic growth and modernizing the region’s approach to tourism. He was ultimately drawn to Southern California, where he fell in love with Big Bear Lake—now his home. As CEO of Visit Big Bear, Travis continues to lead destination strategy and marketing for the entire Big Bear Valley.
As Chief Marketing Officer of Naya Homes, Travis brings a unique blend of destination marketing, revenue strategy, and brand development expertise, helping position the company at the intersection of hospitality, real estate, and travel. Outside of work, he enjoys spending summer days on Big Bear Lake and evenings cooking outdoors, embracing the lifestyle that first drew him to the mountains.
