Maritima Playa 9M

The site was nice; the beach was very well with big palapas and the sand really fine; the pools were great; the restaurant could be improved however. The appartement/condo is big with its 4 rooms, well furnished and amply provided with kitchen appliances and ustensiles of all sorts. The only thing missing for a long stay would be an electric bbq!

Agradable y muy linda propiedad, tal y como las fotos la muestran, está bien decorada y muy amplios sus espacios. Pero sobre todo Toai siempre está pendiente de cualquier necesidad y la resuelve si la hubiera. Regresaré como lo hago desde hace 2 años.

Condo was well furnished and outfitted. A bit windy on the beach and pools. Nice facilities and plenty of space to spread out. Customer service lacked as we needed toilet paper and it took them 3 days to bring any (2 bathrooms started out with less than 1/2 a roll and no refills throughout the home). Beds we comfy and private a/c in each bedroom was nice.

4 girls and we each has our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking pans, cups and glasses, plastic for the pool as well. All the appliances worked. Lots of options for pool time either on the roof or on the ground and the beach was beautiful. The staff at the beach were very good and attentive. The food and drink available at the restaurant was good as well.

We really enjoyed our stay in this new clean modern resort. The unit is new, with modern finishes and amenities and was spotless. The condo is directly on the beach and includes 4 pools, two of which are on the rooftop deck, one is heated. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant downstairs. There is also a well-stocked pharmacy within walking distance and grocery store within driving distance. My only recommendation for folks new to the area is to definitely have a car rental if you want to go offsite. Ubers

This condo was very clean and really well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for 8 people. The pools were really nice and the rows of palms on beach were perfect for shade if you wanted it. Beautiful gym facility too. The concierge was great and responded to everything we needed. Would stay again.

I stayed in this condo with my family. The 4 bedrooms allowed us to have privacy and enough space for everyone. It has incredible views of the bay, the furniture is new, and the large common area amenities of the complex are great (pools, gym, spa, restaurant/bar, beach, etc). The beach is beautiful in this area. The 2 assigned parking spaces really helped! Fyi, there are carts available for groceries and you can order water jugs from reception and the administration brings them to your door step. The Vacas
