The Good: The condo building & condo unit are both very nice, the roof top pool area has great views and is a relaxing area. The staff working in the building are very accommadating. It is a great location with many restaurants in the area to choose from. Not so Good: We discovered that we could not have our friends who were also staying in PV visit during our stay. It was so clean, gorgeous view, awesome rooftop pool and jacuzzi where we ate many meals and laid in the sun. The zone is perfect with great street food. Close to so many shops and the beach and the Malicon for walking. The gym was a great amenity. Super safe, friendly tenants and security and maintenance personnel. Would highly recommend it!

This space was perfect for a couple's trip to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is in a beautiful new building with 24/7 security and centrally located near the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, and shops in the Zona Romantica. The space itself is clean and quiet, beautifully finished, and features great views of the town and landscape. This studio was perfect for a 6 week stay. Great WIFI and a dedicated workspace made working remotely seamless. The well equipped gym, unbelievable rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. The location is just steps away from many amazing restaurants and nightlife or two blocks from Isla Cuale (an island in the river) if you want a peaceful morning or evening walk. The staff is very responsive and the building is extremely well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here while we visited PV. Most things we wanted to do were within walking distance, so it was very convenient for traveling without a car. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the AC and rooftop pool since it was so warm outside. We will definitely stay here again if it's available when we return.

Overall a great place that I would go back to. I give it 4 stars because of Vacasa. Our local contact stopped texting me back when we needed extra things (towel replacement, more toilet paper, small things, etc.). The apartment and building are really nice and we loved staying there.

I enjoyed my stay at this property from many aspects! First, communication were perfectly timed and accurate. Then, the location of the property is great....just a few minutes walk to everything and the street is well lit at night. The pool is an infinity pool with amazing views. This unit looks exactly as pictured. It's a bit small in reality; we were constantly having to move out of the other person's way. The balcony is really narrow and you can't do much more than stand on it, but the view is great, the furnishings throughout the unit are very high quality, and everything works well. The value for this unit is great! Located in the center of the Romantic Zone, walking distance to tons of great taco stands, restaurants and the beach. We absolutely loved our stay at Madero 320. Our studio unit had every amenity we needed - from cooking tools to coffee pot and filters, hair dryer, bath towels and pool towels, dish soap and more. This beautifully decorated condo was everything I could have wished for. So clean and neat and comfortable. The furniture was unique and solid and designed with fun in mind. I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want this place to be booked up next time I visit PV, but it's just too good not to sing its praises. First, the condo building.
