This condo is new and well equipped. The rooftop pool, hot tub and loungers are the best part, especially with the great views of mountains and the ocean. We were there during the December holidays and there was a lot of street noise. It was somewhat muffled if we closed the bathroom door to the main bedroom, but the second bedroom only has glass sliding doors and was louder. The neighborhood is mostly residential, which was nice, with shops and great restaurants and even a pool hall close by. The beach
